Taking a break from studying to update this! Clearly life has gotten so boring that food is the most exciting thing I can think about to relieve the stress that is math. Finally checked out Salon at Brixton at the start of Easter break! This is after going to Brixton 999 times - there are just way too many food options there?! But glad we picked this out of the various Sunday brunch options because it was everything we needed for a #sundatebrunchdate

Back in winter, I finally made the trip down to Berlin to visit a friend! After talking about it ever since we figured we would finally be in the same continent, and after failing to meet in London, I decided to go over during Christmas break (even though she was still studying) because Christmas seemed like the perfect time to visit Berlin <3

Back when Breddos Tacos just opened on Goswell Rd, YT was excited to go for the soft launch! Happy YT decided to go for lectures and go for the soft launch after, but tragically they were done by 3pm and were not serving food anymore! But it's okay because Granger & Co was nearby to save the day, and I finally ticked this off the list, after wanting to try this for-literally-ever.

On a tragic Monday afternoon, after another tragic weekly test, I comforted myself by going all the way to Mansion House for another soft launch at The Otherist, another new place by Drake and Morgan. The decor and ambience was lovely, and the location is quite spacious, and I didn't feel smothered. Rather, there was plenty of walking space everywhere, and since the restaurant is more long than wide, you don't feel too overwhelmed by all the other diners.

Hello! Ok have recently realised I have issues spelling cinnamon like instinctively I type cinammon instead. How embarrassing. Anyway! I've been looking forward to this opening for awhile, because Vivek Singh! I haven't gotten round to trying his other places, but I guess Cinnamon Bazaar was a good place to start. So when the dates for the soft launch came out I had to find someone to go with me, and thankfully J was free on a weekday lunch!
